Acquitted for killing his wealthy wife, a male re-locates, changes his name, re-marries another wealthy woman, and then becomes a suspect when attempts are made to kill her also. At first, beautiful, wealthy Sapna is annoyed with her new neighbor Gopal, whom she believes is following her. Nevertheless, Sapna eventually falls for Gopal's charms. Although her brother Pran wants her to marry Prem, Sapna and Gopal are wed. While they are honeymooning, an attempt is made on Sapna's life. Soon she learns that Gopal's real name is Deepak and that he was previously accused of murdering his first wife, but he was acquitted when there wasn't enough evidence to convict him. With each passing hour, Sapna becomes more terrified that she will be Gopal's next victim. —L. He re-locates to live in Bandra, Bombay; changes his name to Gopal Mittal, rather dramatically and successfully woos and marries his wealthy neighbor, Sapna Mathur, despite of threats to kill her from her very own brother Pran, and boyfriend Prem Malhotra. The duo break off relations with Pran, and travel to Kashmir for their honey-moon.
