Aparadhi revolves around a rich businessman who is a possessive husband who dotes on his wife. He is disappointed when he gets to know of his wife's pregnancy, because that would mean sharing his wife. However, just a few days into the twins' birth, the elder twin is kidnapped and yanked in the public dustbin by an old friend of the businessman. The wife suspects her husband over the incident, for she has known the displeasure he housed. While quarreling, she falls off the stairs and loses mental stability. By the time the businessman finds out who the real culprit is, after serving 14 years at jail, he decides to avenge his humiliation and his wife's loss. Only, he has a surprise helper, whose identity he gets to know in the end, to end the movie on a gala note.
