Set in Hiroshima, this is a family story spun by the musicians 'Midnight Brothers', in the lead roles. This fictional film offers a taste of the real temperature and atmosphere of the area, along with music born in Hiroshima. In a small alley in town, you hear singing. The acoustic sound seems to be coming from the upper floor of a secondhand bookstore in a wooden house. The three brothers of the Yamao family, Morio (Mikaka), the eldest, Rinzou (Jacky), the second, and Mitsuki (Nokkon), the third, have music in common, but they are all very different in their approach to it. All of them are in their mid-30's and have moved on with their lives, but sometimes they get together in Morio's room to sing. The reason for the three of them to sing together is to hold the memorial service for their father, who passed away about 30 years ago. It is the only family event in which they drink and sing together. One day, Morio receives a letter from his half-sister Kawase Hatsuki (Maeda Tami), who has been separated from him since his birth. The distant sister, whom he has not heard from for about 30 years, begins to become entangled in the three brothers' relationship. By the way, Mitsuki also receives news on his smart phone that requires him to make a life choice. The unexpected news sets the days of the Yamao family in motion before the 33rd anniversary of their father's death, which will be a mourning ceremony. A story of one step forward for the brothers, spun through the songs of "Inukoro(whelps)" and others.
