Appasaheb Patil is respected village head but a jealous Chandarao tries to insult him and gets slapped by his son Laxman in front of villagers.Chandarao decides to teach the kid a lesson but Appasaheb looses both his hand while trying to save his kids while his wife Savitri stands as a pillar to him.Savitri decides start back farming along with her servant Bajaba and his wife Hausa while Appasaheb also lends help.She sends both her sons Ram and Laxman to study in different city after they return back they both get married to Madhu and Meena two modern women who find it difficult to adjust in their family.Savitri every time controls the situation when her daughter in laws try to spoil it but things become worst when her daughter in laws call her uncle and aunt to the house forcing Savitri and Appasaheb to leave the house where they are given shelter by Bajaba and Hausa. —alex.mjacko@gmail.com Savitri takes the responsibility of her house after her husband Appasaheb looses his hands .She educates both her sons Ram and Laxman and they are living a happy life.After marriage of her sons their joy is short lived as her daughter in laws spoil peace in the family. —alex.mjacko@gmail.com
