Unni (Suresh Menon) lives in Coimbatore with his wife Latha (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy) and daughter Lakshmi. One day they receive a stranger (Mohanlal) at home who claims to be Unni's 7th grade classmate and introduces himself as Jose. Insecure Unni soon discovers that he did not have any classmate by that name when he confirms it with his friend Dr Alex Varghese (Murali Gopy).
