Rajaraman (Arjun Sarja) lives in Chennai with his wife, Neelaveni (Abhirami), and their daughter, Nila (Preity Mukhundhan). Rajaraman teaches karate and runs a small medical shop, while Nila works at a call center. Nila repeatedly refuses to ignore wrongdoing around her, whether confronting harassment or intervening when vulnerable people are mistreated, consistently acting instead of remaining a bystander. Her outlook comes directly from Rajaraman's upbringing and the lessons he has spent years teaching her. Years earlier, Rajaraman lost his sister during a criminal attack he could not prevent. This shapes the way he raises Nila. Rather than teaching her dependence, he teaches her self defense, discipline, and the belief that innocent people should not wait for someone else to save them. A local thug attempts to snatch Nila's gold chain. Instead of surrendering it or fleeing, she immediately fights back and stops the theft herself. The confrontation humiliates the attacker and draws the attention of additional criminals connected to him. Groups of armed men begin appearing one after another, some seeking revenge for earlier defeats, others arriving because they have been ordered to eliminate the growing problem represented by the family. Attackers arrive carrying machetes, metal rods, and firearms, expecting to overwhelm their targets through numbers. As the attacks continue, criminal groups arrive expecting an easy victory and leave defeated. The family discovers that the violence is connected to a conspiracy involving businessman Varun Dhayalan (John Kokken), who is pursuing a mining project valued at thousands of crores. An entire village stands in the way of the operation, and Varun relies on influence, corruption, and intimidation to remove resistance. Working on Varun's behalf is Abraham (Arjun Chidambaram), a disciplined enforcer who operates with precision and emotional detachment, carrying out assignments without hesitation. Inspector Arunagiri (Dileepan) attempts to investigate the corruption surrounding Varun's operation, recognizing the criminal activity taking place but repeatedly encountering institutional barriers. Political influence and powerful connections prevent meaningful action, though Arunagiri continues pursuing evidence that could expose the larger conspiracy. Rajaraman refuses to treat Nila as someone who must remain hidden while he handles every threat alone. Instead of standing between his daughter and every danger, he fights beside her, and Neelaveni does the same, the family functioning as a coordinated unit against successive attacks. The struggle reaches the village threatened by Varun's mining plans. During the final confrontations, Rajaraman, Neelaveni, and Nila fight side by side against overwhelming numbers. Nila confronts Abraham herself, defeats him, and ends the immediate threat posed by the organization's most dangerous enforcer. Arunagiri finally gains the opportunity to bring the truth into the open. The corruption surrounding the project is exposed, the protection shielding the operation collapses, and Varun's power unravels. With the criminal hierarchy broken and the retaliation cycle ended, no new enemies arrive, and the attacks stop completely. In the aftermath, the family returns home. The mining project collapses, the conspiracy is exposed, and the people targeted by the scheme are no longer under immediate threat. After witnessing Nila confront danger, protect strangers, and overcome Abraham, Rajaraman no longer sees her simply as someone he must safeguard, recognizing her as an equal who embodies the principles he spent years trying to pass on. The film closes with the family resuming their lives, having survived the campaign against them and dismantled the network responsible for it.
