A documentary about the construction of a road in Nazi-occupied Norway, and the prisoners of war who died while building it. Soviet war prisoners were forced to Norway during WWII to realize Hitler's dream of an Arctic railway. Thousands died of starvation and maltreatment in concentration camps just near the Swedish border. The Organisation Todt (OT), named after Fritz Todt an engineer and senior Nazi leader, was responsible for implementing the vision. —Ulf Kjell Gür
