Bombs on Monte Carlo

In Monte Carlo, a captain tries to raise the money to pay his crew at the gaming table, and meets and falls in love with a queen. The captain of a warship of a small Balkan nation is used to following the orders of his queen. Her Highness wishes to take a cruise on the Mediterranean, while the country's bankrupt and the crew's not paid. He decides to ignore her orders and makes a trip to Monte Carlo. —morroviolet
