Captain of the Guard

A captain of the king's guards secretly works for the rebels. Begins with Rouget de Lisle, as a captain of the King's Guards and a Royalist music teacher, falling in love with Marie Marnay, an innkeeper's daughter who has some political beliefs that do not include kings or queens.
