Vijay Krishnan seeks to exact revenge on those responsible for his family demise. Devarajan murders his wealthy brother-in-law and widower Krishnadas, and with the help of his friends and co-conspirators Superintendent Koshi, Inspector Sharat and advocate Raj Mohan, manages to discredit and disinherit Krishnadas's illegitimate son Vijay Krishnan.
