A lawman poses as an outlaw, steals $10,000 from a cattle thief, then promises to return the money if he can join the gang--while finding a way to expose them. —frankfob2@yahoo.com Tom Wade, better known on the border as "Cheyenne Tommy", is an operative of the Cattleman's Protective Association, who poses as an associate of rustlers and outlaws in order to gain their confidence and end their activities. When on the trail of a particularly daring and dangerous rustler gang, Tom plants his pretty assistant, Sally Lane, on a ranch owned by Rollins, who Tom knows to be the brains and leader behind the rustlers. With his other aide, "Dopey" Andrews, Tom pulls a stage holdup and gets away with $10,000 sent to Rollins as payment for stolen cattle.
