Gitin and his wife Joyoti plan to spend an weekend, but Gitin does not have permission, as he must go with his boss on a business meeting. Gitin lies to his boss about being ill and goes to Cox's Bazaar--but his boss visits the same hotel where they are staying. The next day, the caretaker informs him that Mr. Bhattacharya is not coming and they can stay there. But Mr. Bhattacharya arrives that day when Joyoti is bathing.
