The story follows Glizzy, a charismatic but reckless teenager who, after a violent encounter with an older street gang known as K.O.K., makes a fatal decision that catapults him into notoriety. In a desperate attempt to claim respect, Glizzy records "Bodies on the Bridge," a rap song glorifying his real-life crimes, igniting a deadly war between rival crews. His childhood friend Manny, an aspiring athlete with dreams of college, struggles to distance himself from Glizzy's increasingly dangerous path, realizing that loyalty to the wrong people can destroy everything he's worked for. As Glizzy's fame rises in the streets and online, so does the body count around him. Meanwhile, Ralph, a former Marine turned struggling cameraman, navigates the dangers of surviving paycheck to paycheck, capturing violent music videos for rising street rappers. Hoax, an ego-driven local rap star, embodies the toxic glorification of street violence, drawing young men like Glizzy into a self-destructive spiral. Roya, an outsider drawn into Hoax's orbit, becomes a rare voice of conscience-only to be brutally betrayed when her attempts to connect with him expose how deeply damaged he truly is.
