Ek Aur Tiger is the story of a man named Sarthy who has a very positive attitude towards life and always believes in speaking in mind. In the initial bits of the movie, an astrologer, among other things, predicts that Sarthy`s life will end at the age of 27. However, he does not pay heed to any of the predictions and moves on with his life. Sarathy is also very close to Suji (Meera Jasmine), and shares a very close relationship with her. Things take a turn when Jo (Ameesha Patel), a photo journalist enters Sarathy`s life and the incidents predicted by the astrologer start coming to life. The proceedings make for an interesting conclusion.
