Unsanctioned in New York State the UCL exists under the radar and over the years has produced some of the MMA's top fighters. "Welcome to the Underground" follows founder/fighter Peter Storm and his struggles inside and outside of the ring as he tries to build an MMA fight league in New York where fighters can showcase their skills.
