A self-made woman befriends a poor old couple who pretend to be her long-lost grandparents, although she does not accept their assertion of a biological relationship. The film shows how religion has become a contradiction to integration, far flung from its basic, simple truths of love and brotherhood among people. Religion thrives on tolerance for another religious group or non-tolerance which have both led to fanaticism today. It unfolds how these concepts result in separating more than in binding.
