The film follows Gergasha, a renowned media entrepreneur who runs a firmly established and humorous media studio and faces daily challenges in light comedy situations and action-packed adventures. Gergasha, a beloved grandmother puppet by Kuwaiti children, is very popular due to her TV shows, songs, and stage plays. She is known for her media studio, Gergasha World, along with Lulwa. One day, she met a woman online via the hospital where her son wanted to see Gergasha despite his health condition. Meanwhile, a competitor, who has a production company that was a ripoff of Gergasha's, found a Gergasha wannabe thanks to Abu Sulaiman (Bardeeb wannabe) and decided to make everyone boycott Gergasha to have his revenge. In the end, a competitor turns out to be the boy's father, and he, along with his workers, helps Gergasha and her crew, making Gergasha World a complete re imagining and the best family-friendly world after the mess the studio faced.
