Kevin Cosme's family is targeted by a corrupt governor's crime mob due to an incriminating tape given to his son. Kevin Cosme and his family becomes the target of a crime mob headed by a corrupt governor when one of his sons, Baldo, who while playing with his new dog, was unknowingly passed an incriminating cassette audio tape by an escaping gang member before being executed by his gang mates.
