Hotel Pula
Over the past 3 years, Ellen, Annette, Rolf, Sebastian and Mareike celebrated, faced defeats and changes together. As their friendship is tested, they ponder life's essentials and most importantly, question their true selves. Celebrating New Year's Eve with your best friends sounds like a great idea. But it's not that easy for Ellen (Laura Tonke). On New Year's Eve 2020, she's at a party with her best friends. What no one there knows is that she's secretly been flirting with Sebastian (Ronald Zehrfeld) and is now convinced she's found her true love in him. But Sebastian has to give her the cold shoulder that evening, because he's married to Eva (Antje Traue), and she has no idea about her husband's affair. But that's not the only point of friction at the party: Rolf (Nicholas Ofczarek) and Dina (Pegah Ferydoni) are growing closer, tensions are brewing between Mareike (Annette Frier) and Adam (Trystan Pütter), Maya (Katia Fellin) is obsessed with her desire to have children, Natalie (Jasmin Shakeri) is simply at a loss, and Max (Henning Flüsloh) has lost his heart to Ellen, who is in love with someone else. On this New Year's Eve, friendships and relationships are put to the test, and everyone has to ask themselves where they really want to go. —Canon y mus
