Inspired by true events, the story tells of a group of university-aged friends who enjoy playing computer games and commit the biggest cybercrime in Polish history. They extort a total of over PLN 400 million. The main character, Marcin, seems like a confident alpha male on a daily basis. However, behind the mask of a leader lies a lost boy, torn between the carefree world of gaming and the inevitability of adulthood. When he learns that his girlfriend's father will die without a £2 million medicine, he makes a desperate decision: together with his friends, he embarks on cybercriminal activity on a scale that no internet fraudster has ever dreamed of. Over time, the goal takes a back seat. The adrenaline, the sense of agency and the illusory feeling of victory become an addiction for Marcin. He is drawn into a world that gives him power, money and recognition, forgetting what is truly important.
