The second sequel to 2009's Indestructible sees the story picking up one year after the events in 2018's Indestructible: Afterlife. After being injured by Stephanie Kersey, James Kirby escapes the Sumner house before the police can find him. The Mayor believes that Robert Kersey is responsible for these new murders and has him committed. Stephanie meanwhile is adopted by the kind and loving Tripp family. Kirby is then found out cold by an old retired doctor who takes him in and nurses him back to health. Kirby awakens one year later, but he's different now - he's evolved once again. What is this new Kirby planning and what is going on with his obsession with the now eleven year old Stephanie.
