Wealthy Dyaneshwar Prasad Pitamber (Kader Khan) has a problem, to be precise four problems - his four uncontrollable daughters, named after four Goddesses: Lakshmi (Rajshree Solanki), Saraswati (Sonu Sagar), Parvati (Rushika Reikhi), and Durga (Twinkle Khanna), who refuse to be disciplined, and be married. They have chased away the prospective grooms in every single case. Every prospective groom who comes to see them ends up in a mental asylum or in the hospital. The groom's family served Fevicol Roohafza, detergent in snacks and metal shards in sweets. Pitamber has a secretary Fida Hussain (Razzak Khan) who speaks pure Urdu dialect. Durga says that as a girl she is more capable than boys who come to seek her hand in marriage. She has not met a man who can defeat her at anything. She cannot marry a person whom she does not respect or consider worthy. Pitamber arranges for Raju Patel (Ali Asgar) (Raju is the son of Pitamber's friend settled in America) to come from the U.S. and marry at least one of his daughters. Mama P. K. Girpade (Ashok Saraf) is Raja and Kanhaiya's mentor. Raja and Kanhaiya are con men who run scams at the airport. They pose as narcotics agents and loot unsuspecting passengers. One day they stop a passenger who turns about to be a real smuggler. They hand over the guy to the police, but they don't know that the smuggler belongs to the Pappu Anna (Ashish Vidyarthi) gang. Pappu Anna is angry at Raja for causing him a financial loss. Anna confronts Raja and Kanhaiya in their colony, but Raja manages to capture Anna's gun and escapes with Kanhaiya and Girpade. However, due to a mix up at the station, all 3 of them reach Mumbai, but Girpade gets separated from Raja and Kanhaiya. Raju is waylaid at the Mumbai airport by Raja (Govinda) and Kanhaiya (Johnny Lever). Raju's luggage, clothes, and ID is taken over by them, and he is left in barely basic clothing at the airport, mistaken for a beggar. Raja assumes the identity of Raju and is picked up by Pitamber at the airport. Raju and Kanhaiya accompany him to Pitamber's house as they believe that he is a rich guy and robbing him will net them a huge treasure. Once there, they are welcomed with open arms by Pitamber. The 2 guys somehow survive all the tricks sent their way by the 4 sisters (they send wrestlers to beat them up, ask them to sing at a party and fight them in boxing 4:1 (Kanhaiya is defeated after being lured into fighting all 4 sisters together)). Raju reaches Pitambar's house and climbs into Pitamber's bedroom (as the guard did not allow him inside the mansion) but is intercepted by Raja (while he was trying to open Pitambar's safe at night) and is handed off to the police as a thief. Raja gets a sense of Pitambar's wealth and tries to steal his locker but is not successful. Durga takes Raja to a dance club with the intention of getting him beaten up by jealous boyfriend of girls that she pinches and harasses. Instead, Raja sits aside, and guys try to molest Durga. Raja has to intervene to prevent Durga from being forced upon sexually. Raja brings his mama to Pitambar's house as his elder relative. While Durga is now docile, but her 3 sisters are still arrogant and anti-wedding. Raja agrees to all conditions set up by Pitamber and his daughters in order to get married and inherent part of the vast wealth and fortune. Pitamber asks Raja to locate three other grooms for his three daughters also, otherwise, no marriage will take place, as he wants all four daughters to be married at the same time (this was an astrologer's prediction and hence Pitambar is willing to offer Rs 5 Crore as dowry to each groom) Now the problem is Lakshi wants a hubby whose parents are dead, who cooks, takes her to movies daily, doesn't want kids for 5 years and doesn't object to her career. Parvati loves a guy who loves another girl and hence won't marry. Saraswati hates all guys. Raja asks Kanhaiya to go after Saraswati. Raja figures that Parvati loves a guy named Ravi who is lusting after bar dancer Chandni (Rakhi Sawant). Raja flirts with the bar dancer and she agrees to sleep with him. This shows Ravi that he made a mistake by leaving Parvati and reconciles with her. Meanwhile Saraswati tells Kanhaiya that in college a bully harassed her, and she asked for help from principal, her dad and the police, but nobody helped her, and everyone asked her to avoid the bully as today it is harassment and tomorrow it will be forced sex. Raja tracks down the bully and traps him in front of the police. The bully apologizes to Saraswati, and she agrees to be with Kanhaiya. Finally, Raja finds Raju on the streets of Mumbai and bring him home as the groom for Lakshmi who agrees to all her conditions. Pitambar is so overwhelmed that he hands over his entire business and life over to Raja, for solving all his problems. Pappu Anna tracks Raja down, kidnaps Mama and demands Rs 5 Crores for his loss at the airport. Raja steals the money from Pitambar's safe and makes the payment to Anna. But soon after releasing Mama, Raja betrays Anna, and he is arrested by the police. Raja decides that he cannot betray Pitambar's trust and wants to walk away. Mama also salutes Raja. Raja goes to the marriage ceremony and admits the entire truth to Pitambar. But Pitambar already knew that Raja was not the Raju he was waiting for. Pitambar knew Raja could solve his problem and hence went ahead with the charade. In fact, when Pitambar saw that Raja had managed to convert Durga, he put the condition that all 4 girls had to be married together as he knew Raja could solve for this. Pitambar hugs Raja and welcomes him to the family.
