Prabhakar, a former honest and fearless cop is reinstated by the IG P.N. Khanna in the city to put an end to growing criminal activities. As Prabkhar takes charge, he deals with the crime with an iron fist and his investigation leads him to Din Dayal, a supposedly honest and rich man, but before he could expose Din Dayal, he is killed.
