"Iloilo, Invisible Lights" is a documentary filmed in the Philippines in the city of Iloilo. It tells the story of ULIKID, a school for children with disabilities founded in 2010 by a group of volunteer parents. Because no service is able to help them, these volunteers had to become overnight teachers and educators. Every day, they fight to give them access to education and try to improve their daily lives and the one of their families. —Reflection of Disability in Art International Festival
