The Adventures are whisked off to Boston to solve the disappearance of their grandparents while juggling a dangerous historical mystery that dates back to the Founding Fathers and their desire to trick or trick on Halloween. The Adventure Family finds themselves on a Halloween quest to find their grandparents after they go missing in Boston. But what should be a simple rescue mission gets flipped upside down the minute they find themselves in possession of The Treadway Journal, a coded diary that leads to a fabled Founding Fathers treasure rumored to contain enough supernatural powers to disrupt not only Halloween, but every single day afterwards. The Adventures must put aside their Trick or Treat desires to find the treasure, their grandparents and their way back home safely.
