Danny (John Alexander Conrad) is devastated over the death of his new wife, Charlie. In an attempt to recreate his marriage Danny kidnaps a local coffee girl, Emma (Sydney Walsh). As time passes on, Emma finds herself falling in love with Danny and taking on Charlie as her new identity. Danny becomes the husband Emma always dreamed of, and Danny finds himself falling in love with Emma . Danny has the complex of facing the fact that he kidnapped Emma resulting in her leaving, or letting Emma believe she is Charlie and continuing to live their lives together based on a lie. Eventually, when Emma returns home, she must decide who to be- Emma the coffee girl or Charlie the beloved wife. She must decide if she will give up the only man she ever loved to the police or stay with Danny and be Charlie forever.
