Grandpa Fonkel's gang gets a panic visit from Anita, who seeks help to retrieve the stole golden helmet she finally found and needs to put away safely again. The trace leads to Malta, where it was forged in mythical time as the magical power source of the weather-controlling Aquaman, who turned despotic. Thief Jones himself is no match for them, but his boss Achiel, a wheelchair-ridden evil genius, impersonates the colonel to control car and team Rox.
