Bhagwan lives in heaven in a mansion. He has two sidekicks as well as Narad and Yamraj to keep him company always. Life in heaven as well as hell is just like normal life on Earth. with its usual problems. Narad also doubles up as a a politician in order to get people to ask for their demand-te be reborn. A rickshaw puller is living a miserable life on earth and one day he can take it no more and commits suicide. He is taken to heaven and meets Bhagwan who asks him to go to hell. Meanwhile his wife also dies due to a particular reason and lands in hell. The evil people over there eye her, but she is saved by her husband. They then come across Narad who tells them to go back to earth. They are reluctant initially, but they return for the sake of their son.
