Story revolves around two adolescent boys who are exposed to many sensitive issues at young age like sex, crime, murder director carefully shows us how these issues affect their personality turns them into absolute monsters at the end. This movie is a brutal look at coming of age in a city whose citizens have been famished by brutality and sin for centuries. It is said that the night sky of Mumbai has been forever haunted - hiding the beautiful twinkling stars by the curse of countless lives lost in a ruthlessly expanding city. The film, soaked in the fog of these ancestors, explores what it takes to grow up in a deprived community, looking to satiate the hunger of one's soul. Enacted by two young souls. Two minor boys Digya and Ilyas have taken to the world of crime and have no regret the story takes place in a Chawl which is in plans for redevelopment where Digya lives with his grandmother Bay who wants him to take proper education and not become a gangster like his late father. But Digya is much influenced by him along with Bay and Digya lives her nephew Shirya and his wife Supriya and are planning to take away their house.Bay finds it from her neighbor Babi and goes to ask help from politician Gawde who treats her like mother.But Gawde is the actual mastermind behind everything and when Bay finds it they have a hand scuffle and Bay is killed.Digya then starts living in posh locality with his uncle Mahadeo and his wife who start treating him like a servant and often beat him.Mahadeo and his son is killed by Digya and Illyas to revenge his humiliation.After their death Digya starts to seduce Mahadeo's wife. and along with Ilyas starts eliminating people who they find are responsible to screw their lives. Two months ago, Digya who can see ghosts and his friend, Ilyas, threatens a drunk Gupta at knife point to contact Shirya with respect to rent receipt. Digya kills Gupta. Shirya and his wife, Supriya arrive at Gupta's house and find Gupta's dead body. Digya and Ilyas kill Shirya and Supriya. Four months ago, Digya lived with his grandmother, Bay, in a rented house with Shriya and Supriya. Digya's father died as a gangster and Shirya is Bay's nephew. The owner of the house has planned to renovate the old houses into a new apartment. Shirya paid rupees two Lakhs out of rupees five Lakhs to Gawde through Gupta to change the rent receipt to Shirya's name. Babi, Bay's Neighbour, learns about Shirya's plan through Vitthal who owns a tea shop and informs Bay. Bay argues with Shirya and Supriya and visits Gawde. Gawde helps Shirya reconcile with Bay and gives some money to Bay. Digya's grandfather was an exorcist. Bay's another son, Mahadeo arrives but Bay argues and chases Mahadeo away. Digya and Ilyas get caught while peeking at Shirya and Supriya at night. Digya's mother was a bar dancer and ran off a month before Digya's father was killed. Babi's wife, Lakshmi is mentally ill and Babi's daughter, Malu eloped with her lover but returned home after her lover lost his job. Bay sees Shirya paying the remaining three Lakhs to Gawde and Bay argues with Gawde and Shirya. Gawde pushes Bay and Bay falls to her death. To silence Shirya, Gawde gives the money back to Shirya. After Bay's death, Digya lives with Mahadeo as a servant. One day, Mahadeo and Mahadeo's son, Akshay are found dead. Gawde sells Bay's land and gives the money to Digya. Mahadeo's wife and Digya continue to pleasure each other. Jacob owes five Lakh rupees to Gawde and gives two Lakh rupees to one of Gawde's men, Bhaktya who keeps the money without informing Gawde. Bhaktya accepts and Gawde beats Bhaktya. A drunk Bhaktya discloses to Ilyas that Gawde killed Bay and betrayed Digya's father, Namya which led to Namya's death. Ilyas informs everything to Digya and Digya devices a plan. Gawde kills Bhaktya and Digya kills Gawde. Babi sells his house and decides to go to his village. Digya leaves Mahadeo's wife to stay with Babi's family. Digya explains everything to Babi and Babi sees Malu and Digya together at night. The next day, Babi poisons the food, killing Digya, Ilyas and Malu.
