Outlaw Riders
In Fulton, Arizona, a motorcycle gang led by Waco breaks into a mill and holds up the clerks for the payroll. Finding only one thousand dollars in petty cash, the gang flees with the police in pursuit. The gang, comprised of Waco, his girl friend Sharon, Chuck and his girlfriend Linda, Beans, Lee and Smitty, plans to split the cash when they stop just outside Fulton. Knowing that the police will assume they are heading to Mexico, Waco decides that their next robbery should be a bank in Hawthorne, Arizona. After a police helicopter spots them on the road, the gang takes back roads and camps in the desert. That night when Beans tries to rape Sharon, Waco beats him up and warns the others that they will not get any "bread" if the trouble continues. In Hawthorne, Chuck and Waco rob the bank while the other three men stand guard outside. When the bank alarm sounds, alerting the police, Lee, Smitty and Beans are severely wounded in the ensuing gun battle, while Waco suffers a bullet wound to the arm and narrowly escapes with Chuck. Later, they are joined by Sharon and Linda and head toward Mexico. Staying on back roads, the group discovers a mission, where nuns attend to Waco's injury, and continues south to San Dima, Arizona near the Mexican border. Resting at a cantina, Waco, Sharon, Chuck and Linda suffer repeated insults from Mexican gang leader Pedro. Chuck tries to resist the temptation to fight back, but when Pedro insults his mother, a fistfight ensues. While Pedro's girl friend Maria holds Sharon at knife point, Pedro and his gang beat Chuck and Waco unconscious, take the bank money and then drive off with Sharon and Linda, threatening to sell the women to Pedro's cousin Pablo as prostitutes. After reviving and learning from the bartender that Pedro is headed to Pablo's on the Old Miner's Road, Waco and Chuck decide to track Pedro, despite not having any weapons. That evening, when Sharon and Linda try to escape, Pedro threatens to kill them if they try it again. The next morning, when Chuck wrecks his bike and injures himself, he is forced to ride with Waco and leave his motorcycle behind. Soon after, they run out of gas and try to round up horses to ride but when they become exhausted, Waco and Chuck resort to stealing another motorcycle. Meanwhile, Maria, jealous of Pedro's fascination with Sharon's blonde hair, pulls out a knife to threaten them, but Pedro, although he relishes the spectacle, stops her. Soon after, Pedro decides to keep Sharon and sell Maria to Pablo prompting Maria to attack him, but Pedro mutilates her face with his knife and orders her to apologize. When Maria spits in Pedro's face, one of Pedro's men realizes she will soon be killed for the insubordination and tries to defend her, angering Pedro who kills him instead. Unable to locate Pedro and his gang, Waco and Chuck crest a hilltop and decide to create a rock slide to block the one pass they know Pedro will ride through. Pedro manages to evade the brunt of the slide, however, one of his men is killed. Furious, Pedro calls out to Waco and Chuck, who remain hidden, and demands that they fight him face-to-face, threatening to kill Sharon. Pedro counts to ten and when Waco and Chuck fail to appear, he stabs Sharon. Hearing Sharon's scream, Waco and Chuck rush down the hill and a fight ensues. As his men try to stab Chuck and Waco, Pedro escapes up the hill carrying his whip. Waco chases after him, but falls to his death when Pedro whips his legs out from under him. Hearing Waco's scream, Linda runs up the hill, where Pedro shows her the money and insists she will now be his girl. Desperate, Linda attempts to push Pedro off the cliff, but loses her balance as well, causing them both to fall to their deaths while the money catches in the wind and swirls away.
