What do Barack Obama, Steve Wozniak, and George Clooney have in common? They all took part in the legendary Nordic Business Forum events in Finland. Last year, the tenth Nordic Business Forum was held this time in Helsinki and hosted more of the amazing speakers and leaders from all over the world. The documentary reveals who are the people behind the best leadership event in the Nordics and how they organized such a massive conference. The film studies different issues one faces when trying to build such a company - working under pressure, dealing with stress, fear of public speaking, and teamwork. We follow four characters behind this event - Hape who is a co-founder of NBForum, Salla - head of customer care, Anssi - winner of the Speaker Contest and one of the keynote speakers of NBForum 2019, and Nazzira, an intern in charge of the most hectic place of the event - the warehouse. "Leaders Who Change the World: Behind the scenes of Nordic Business Forum" is the documentary film celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Nordic Business Forum - it proved to be a great learning experience and journey. After filming the event for several years, we were looking forward to conveying such Nordic Business Forum organizers' values as realistic expectations, humility, and always being prepared. The documentary is helpful to anyone interested in leadership, business, networking and understanding how to run a large organization effectively and precisely. This is not only a story about the largest leadership conference in Finland and the Nordics, but more about people who make it all happen.
