This documentary explores a subject that most assistants to a film festival could feel as something personal. The uncomfortable question, why haven't you finished yet? Nine interviews, each one with a different personality, different problems, which one resembles your situation? There are several reasons to have an unfinished film, it could be caused by censorship, maybe you ran out of money for postproduction or no one likes your script, even because you changed your mind about what has been done and you decide to do it again in a different way, but the question at the end will always be: Are you going to finish what you started? Would you see your movie? When you have an unfinished film, to know others that haven't finished, it's a good observation exercise, to analyse why they haven't finished, is it the same reason? Several directors and producers stuck on different stages share their experiences and the next step for their films, sharing their insight there are also a film coach, a distributor expert and a film critic. Independent filmmakers all arround the world face the same struggles that this 9 mexican filmmakers went though their creative process.
