The film is a story of marginalized people in Kerala through the life of a father and eight year-old son. The father works as a temporary janitor. Chami is his friend and fellow worker who belongs to a tribal community. They collect garbage from the city streets into a vehicle and then dump in a rural village. Sometimes, the father takes his son along with him. During their travel in a trash vehicle, the father and son duo observe and experience the life of many nameless, faceless marginalized people including themselves amidst huge buildings and roaring vehicles.
