Ryan, a talented yet struggling chef burdened by gambling debts, escapes to Colombia to seek refuge with his friend and former culinary school roommate, Jack. The two reconnect and befriend a tourist named Alice. Back at Jack's upscale house, they host a cooking competition judged by Alice, who declares Ryan the winner.
