A Shudra man dies thirsty, a child is publicly beaten for merely uttering the holy mantras, a pregnant woman is forced into physical submission while a woman in dire of need of medication expires. The reason for their suffering - their caste - Shudra. This is the story of Bala, Madhav, Badri, Bheru and their revolt against the oppressive caste system. By highlighting the struggles Shudra's face by virtue of being the lowest caste, the film aims to be a historical reminder of the dangers of the caste system and the ostracisation that follows.
