Sean Jones is a witness to an attack that led to death if U.S. Prosecutor Daniel Hayes. He is therefore being taken to Los Angeles to testify against the gangster Eddie Kim. Meanwhile, Kim releases a crate full of venomous snakes in the cargo of the plane to bring it down before it reaches Los Angeles. To ensure that the snakes attacked without being provoked, one of his henchmen, disguised as an airport ground employee sprays the passengers` leis with a special pheromone which makes the snakes more aggressive in their attack. The crate opens midway through the flight and snakes come out of the cabin. The rest is how the people on board deal with the mishap until they get a help.
