A student moves to Malang to join her brother at a cozy boarding house run by a warm couple. When residents start experiencing disturbing supernatural events, they discover the place holds dark secrets and demands more than rent. Lena came from Jakarta to Malang to study with her brother, Benhur. They lived in a boarding house owned by a kind and friendly couple, Mrs. Astri and Mr. Wiryo. The boarding house was nice, cheap, comfortable, and full of warmth. Every week Mrs. Astri invited all the boarding house residents to have dinner together. But the peaceful boarding house turned into something strange when a boarding house student had a strange dream. He believed the boarding house was haunted, even saying there was a hanging ghost. At first, Lena and the others did not believe it, until she saw it herself and the terrible terror happened. This boarding house was no ordinary boarding house. There was a price to pay.
