Thanasis wanted since childhood to become a judge, but he works in the coffee shop he inherited from his father, which has turned into people's court.Purpose of life is to educate his children, but which they are lazy with their studies. Thanassis Koukouras, the tireless owner of a traditional coffee shop and a grizzled paterfamilias, has always had--and always will have--the intense and passionate yearning of becoming a respectable and impartial judge. However, as fate would have it, Thanassis is stuck in a passionless career which has only one benefit: he gets to be the magistrate in his very own court of law. But, soon, having sacrificed everything for the sake of his two children, the indefatigable breadwinner will have to face an unforeseen complication, and the most difficult case in his career.
