In a world where love is often assumed but rarely understood, Prem's journey is a poignant reminder that the real test of a relationship is not in its grand declarations but in the silent, everyday choices that shape a shared life. It won't be an exaggeration to say that "The Householder" is a stirring yet gentle satirical look at the struggles of young married life, The movie captures the universal journey of growing into an adult and as a spouse against the backdrop of a changing India.
