A middle-aged man and his sultry young wife share their convertible with a young man caught with a gun on the lam in Mexico. Their 3-way relationship gets curiouser and curiouser as the police close in on the young man. US merchant seaman Alex Walker is stranded in Mexico, penniless and wanted by the police. He meets and joins up with an unlikely couple - aging but likable Phillip Mills and his young sexy, frustrated wife Missy. The three develop a curiously inter-dependent relationship.
