Viktor and his young companion Luna have been living in Berlin for over 100 years. They are junkies. Drugs, blood, and art are their sustenance. Their sexual orientation is open-ended, but they do not engage in sexual intercourse. Young male dealers are their primary victims, who die during orgasm. Klaus is their manager and driver, who is constantly at their beck and call. He disposes of the dead bodies and sells them for transplant purposes. He loves old American exploitation films, and he lives out the roles of their characters. When Vlad, Viktor's father, disinherits his son because of his drug addiction, the excess escalates. Viktor is captivated by Mandy, a trans woman. Luna joins them, and together they merge with Mandy in a sensual frenzy until dawn breaks.
