Rifki has lots of luck everything seems to go as he thinks. People of his village brand him as some sort of a holy man. He becomes the governor and tries to make his village a better place. Returning to his village from Germany to sell his deceased father's property, Rifki turns into a 'saint' as a result of coincidences. It makes it rain for the villagers who pray for the rain, makes a healer, opens the fortunes of the girls who are stuck at home. Meanwhile, he is asked to run for mayor. He wins the elections but soon turns out to be a con man.
