They're getting ready in their own ways. Temperado is an exploration of contemporary music in Madrid through the lives of its main composers. Stories that seem unrelated at first (a samurai practicing his moves by a lake, a yoga student, a crippled man recovering), far from musical composition or execution, end up tangled in a broader narrative that explores the current trends, struggles and obstacles that composers have to face in order for their music to be heard and recognized. It is, above all, a conversation about the state of contemporary music and the challenges ahead but also, in a way, a romantic portrayal of Madrid.
