An imprisoned rogue USAF general, with a secret personal agenda, escapes the brig and takes over an ICBM silo, threatening to start World War III. Four escaped convicts, including a former US Air Force general, break into a US nuclear missile silo. They threaten to launch the missiles unless their demands are met. The US President acquiesces to all their demands...except one. Meanwhile the military are planning to storm the silo.
