The story revolves around Ustaad, alias Parmeshwaran, who is at first, a goon in Mumbai; but, soon decides to quit the path of crime and settle in Kozhikode with his sister. But, the ghosts of his criminal past do not leave him, his bosses are unwilling to give him his share of money before he leaves because of which he ends up thrashing one of their henchmen. Hence, he has the ghosts of his criminal past haunting him all along. As a result, he is framed in a case of gold smuggling and also faces problems a home. Will he be able to get out of this quicksand of ethicalness?
