Divorced SWAT officer Alex Decker devotes himself entirely of his work, straining his relationship with his teenage daughter. When his old childhood friend and former colleague Victor is released from prison, Alex must confront his past. The life of police officer Alex (Laurent Lucas) looks like a shambles. His marriage to Clara (Nicole Max) is on the rocks, his ex-wife has sole custody of their daughter Lou (Chloé Coulloud), who is also causing Alex other worries: Lou is drifting more and more into the drug scene. Then his old friend and police colleague Victor (Carlos Leal) is released from prison. Alex was partly responsible for Victor's prison sentence and now fears that Victor wants to take revenge on him. Victor takes a job in a kebab snack bar, which is used as a heroin transshipment point. Small-time dealer Fred (Andres Andrekson) takes on the dirty work of dealing the white poison, while Victor is in contact with Ceku (Jacques Michel), a notorious drug lord. The former undercover policeman Victor not only gets involved in dishonest deals, he also hooks up with Clara. This is a thorn in Alex's side; he wants his daughter to move in with him. But Alex soon finds himself caught in an unstoppable downward spiral, both professionally and personally. A solo effort costs him his job, and the confrontation with Victor brings a dark past of the two men to light. —SRF
