Satyanarayana and Jayaprakash Reddy take the seat of Chief Minister and deputy Chief Minister, respectively. The CM's son kills a woman in broad daylight which becomes an issue of major concern for him. Also, he has three wives who live together in the same house. Also, he is concerned with the activities of a brothel which arranges 13 year old girls for the pleasure of ministers from Delhi. An honest IPS officer, Vijay, has access to a video tape that contains the recording of the CM and others firing at those 13 year olds. However, the minister gets acid poured in Vijay's eyes to stop him form leaking the tape. But Vijay's eyesight is restored when his grandfather kills himself to donate his eyes to his grandson. The rest is how Vijay fights against corrupt lawyers, stupid policemen and batty politicians to ultimately prove that justice always triumphs.
