Story of two dancing school owners who had been rivals and are now competing against each other. Dancing school owner Hofeneder (Hans Moser) faces of a sudden competition from Roublée who has opened a dancing school of his own nearby. It turns out that Roublée is an old rival of Hofeneder. Roublée has taken the love interest of Hofeneder and married her. The grown up daughter of Roublée secretly took dancing lessons at Hofeneders dancing school as her father had forbidden her to enjoy already dancing distractions in her age. At Hofeneder she learns to know and love Xandl (Hans Holt) who works as a dance teacher at Hofeneder but in reality is somebody of the Vienna upper class. After some funny complications have occurred everything leads to a happy ending. —Anonymous
