This is a philosophical, eccentric and fantastic comedy. This is a fantastic escape from the reality and a dream-rebellion of the fantasy. During a boring session of a scientific council Mr. Radev, a reader at the University, decides to leave the urban civilization and start a new life. On the road, a mysterious car tire that takes him to a mountain village, completely forgotten by people, with only one inhabitant, overtakes him. They - the reader and the peasant, try to conform to each other. The magic of novelty slowly loses its charm.
