Ullasa Utsaha is a love triangle. Ganesh, a garage owner`s son falls in love with a girl who does not think him fit for her love, instead she is in love with a childhood friend whom she hasn`t seen in years. But Ganesh doesn`t lose hope and stays friends with her. Eventually she trusts him and seeks his help in finding her childhood friend.

About the movie Prabha falls in love with Nandini in his childhood, but their parents move away and so do the two. But after a long span of time, they meet again and Prabha tries to confess his love to Nandini amidst various other problems thwarting his intentions.

While Balu falls in love with Anu at first sight, she is unaware of his emotions. The difficulties that he needs to face to win her heart, form the rest of the story. Balu (Pawan Kalyan) falls in love with a girl at first sight but can't find a way to get to know her. He can't believe his luck when she approaches him, because her hobby is collecting the autographs of people who do good things.They become friends after that. The challenges Balu has to face to tell her about his love form rest of the story.
